Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Support Administrator responsible for supporting complex accounts and sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales workflow by processing proposals, managing customer accounts, and generating sales reports
- Assist with project workflow tasks, including data management, billing documentation, and interdepartmental communication
- Participate in team activities, maintain customer profiles, and provide training and mentoring to junior staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support administration or equivalent
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and sales administration software
- Experience in customer service and the security industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
