Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business-critical software solutions on the Salesforce platform

• Coach and mentor junior engineers while participating in recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a focus on software engineering plans
• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning Web Components
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and version control procedures
• Expertise in debugging code and querying databases for complex data operations
