Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one Scrum team and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework
• Coach the team in Agile delivery best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Measure team delivery maturity and performance, capturing and reporting KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2 years as a Scrum Master or 4+ years as a Scrum team member, or 2+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and workflows associated with healthcare claim processing preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, or 4 years of related experience
• Scrum Master Certification is a significant plus
• Experience with PI Planning is a plus
