Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices for HR Human Capital Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of deliverables according to the HR Program Roadmap
• Guide and coach the team in understanding Agile methodologies and facilitate effective meetings
• Manage cross-squad dependencies and collaborate with HR Product Owners for backlog refinement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with HR Systems (Workday preferred)
• Experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with Rally tool usage and end-to-end technology delivery life cycle
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus
• Financial or banking experience preferred
