Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support proposals and pursuit teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams using Scrum methodologies to meet proposal deadlines and improve team performance
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve proposal development efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and 12+ years of experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple Agile teams
• 3+ years of direct experience applying Agile methodologies on delivery teams
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
