Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct qualitative research, including B2B interviews and data synthesis
- Visualize research findings into high-impact service design artifacts such as journey maps and service blueprints
- Facilitate strategic workshops to identify opportunities and deliver tailored insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in service design and qualitative research
- 3+ years of experience creating visual synthesis outputs like stakeholder maps and journey maps
- Understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and audience positioning
- A degree in Service Design, HCI, Design Strategy, Behavioral Science, or related fields
- Proficiency in visual storytelling tools such as Figma or Miro
