Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• For Software Developer: 3+ years of experience in Computer Information Systems; for Senior Software Developer: 6+ years required
• Advanced fluency in COBOL on iSeries/AS400 is mandatory
• Master's degree is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance is a plus
