Senior Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Lead (PL).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology partners to meet systems integration and process improvement needs
• Oversee team management, including recruiting, performance management, and career growth
• Lead multiple initiatives while developing and documenting resource road maps, budgets, and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience
• At least 5 years of experience with .Net, Asynchronous and Parallel Programming, MVC, nUnit/xUnit, and Entity Framework
• Experience with Messaging technologies including RabbitMQ, SignalR, and WCF
• Proficiency in SQL, AngularJS or Angular, RestApi, and design patterns for implementing trading workflows
