Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of high-quality documentation for data platforms, including operational procedures and user guidance
• Collaborate on multimedia training resources and provide expert-level user support
• Monitor documentation platforms and engage with stakeholders to ensure documentation meets evolving user needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in knowledge management, computer science, data analytics, international development, communications, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management, preferably in data-driven or international development contexts
• Experience leading documentation strategy and managing complex documentation systems
• Familiarity with USAID-funded projects or government contracting environments is a plus
