Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable AI systems for core business functions
• Lead end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model training to inference in production
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify high-leverage AI use cases

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, with 1+ years leading AI/ML systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, LLM fine-tuning/inference, and MLOps best practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, K8s)
• Bonus points for experience with healthtech, insurtech, claims data, and eligibility rules
