Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver robust, scalable backend and frontend systems for patient experience features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and translate them into technical requirements
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in building and shipping enterprise-grade software
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• Experience leading complex projects from idea to production
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices
• Degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience
