Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of experience designing and building enterprise-grade software using Java
• Proficient in Python, React, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members
• Demonstrates competencies in Cultivating Innovation, Ensuring Accountability, Driving Results, and Managing Complexity
