Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (U.S. remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements and troubleshoot solutions with stakeholders
- Deploy updated code and manage bug fixes and feature additions in the Java codebase
- Document errors and manage multiple error resolutions efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Java programming language and expert-level knowledge of SQL/Postgres
- Experience with AWS services such as Cloudwatch, S3, ECS, SQS, Lambda, and Docker
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in an agile team environment
- Self-directed with the ability to contribute with minimal supervision
