Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack systems for the interview platform, incorporating AI capabilities
• Build scalable infrastructure and services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and launching web applications/systems in production
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating LLM APIs
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern web frameworks
• Experience with system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor teammates
