Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Lab Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide technical efforts of a development team to support lab orchestration software
• Create solutions that integrate the lab orchestration system with existing systems
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and support production issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Relevant education (BS/MS) in computer science, software engineering, or operations research
• 5+ years of software development experience with project management skills
• Experience developing or customizing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Proficient in Python, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
• Understanding of laboratory procedures including Next Generation Sequencing
