Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Query Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and improve the functionality of the query engine
• Contribute high-quality C++ code and participate in code reviews
• Design, implement, test, and support new features related to query performance and integration with other products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in computer programming
• Experience with databases and/or data management systems is a plus
• Hands-on experience building industrial-strength software
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience
• Interest in database query engines; hands-on experience or advanced degrees in the domain is a plus
