Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join the toolpath systems development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software to resolve defects and implement user stories
• Proactively communicate project status and coordinate with team members on large-scale projects
• Act as a domain expert, mentor other developers, and lead planning meetings related to assigned areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 10-14 years of experience building commercial software in either C# or C++
• Strong understanding of tradeoffs between Object-Oriented and Functional Programming
• Proficiency in Data-Parallel Programming and a solid foundation in Linear Algebra and Computational Geometry
• Familiarity with standard software development practices including source control and unit testing
