Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Monetization Team (Fullstack or Backend).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Sales/Success teams to develop scalable platform solutions
• Participate in peer code reviews and Technical Design Spec reviews to improve the codebase
• Conduct data analysis and performance monitoring to optimize system performance and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience building backend frameworks at scale, especially for billing or enterprise governance systems
• Proficiency in Rust and/or Golang, or willingness to learn
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and ScyllaDB
• Familiarity with distributed system event streaming frameworks such as Apache Kafka
