Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Core Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and observable systems by designing high-performance, API-based backend services
• Own the health and uptime of production systems, participating in on-call rotations and postmortems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical requirements and design maintainable systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on large-scale systems and APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• In-depth experience with RESTful APIs and solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
