Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to create new health features, including product education and comparison tools
• Lead execution of team cycle projects and mentor team members through design and architecture planning
• Identify opportunities to improve products and technical systems to scale Babylist Health to $200M in revenue

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare payments, or consumer applications is a plus
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong systems thinking and execution capabilities
