Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams in the technical development and delivery of new technologies to improve platform performance and customer experience
• Provide technical leadership in the design and development of new capabilities and oversee code quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor engineering managers and staff, fostering career development and coordinating performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, including 2-3 years in a technical management role
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic projects
• Strong skills in team leadership and building positive customer relationships
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile delivery
• Knowledgeable of modern application and database architectures and integration approaches
