Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Commercial (AMER).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations to prospective and current clients in partnership with sales and success teams
• Resolve technical issues, facilitate data migrations, and implement custom solutions
• Design and develop customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects and build custom reports

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of success working with commercial clients
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; advanced degrees preferred
• Understanding of application deployment processes for Cloud transformation
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs
