Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a primary technical contact for B2B and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist B2B partners in developing and maintaining API integrations while providing technical consultation
• Research and resolve technical questions and escalations using various tools and technologies
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success teams, acting as a technical advisor and subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, technical role for a SaaS provider
• Intermediate to strong technical experience with SQL, APIs, and Postman
• Proficiency in navigating a Linux/shell/CLI environment and using a scripting language like Python or GoLang
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern version control systems like GitHub
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the country
