Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and ship high-quality features and improvements to products
• Lead by example, writing clean and scalable code while mentoring and supporting other engineers
• Drive the architectural roadmap in collaboration with Engineering Managers and other Engineers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a staff software engineer (8+ years total software development experience)
• Proven experience building, scaling, and maintaining backend services and APIs in a service-oriented architecture
• Expertise in building frontend applications using React and Typescript
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Experience mentoring team members and performing long-term planning for sustainability in development
