Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CIO to define and promote a comprehensive AI strategy and advocate for AI adoption across departments
• Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring support for real-time applications and agentic AI capabilities
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents for decision-making and task execution across business functions

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, and related technologies
• 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience with building applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability in implementing and optimizing RAG systems
• Experience in building technical demos and delivering presentations to large audiences
