Senior System Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior System Software Engineer, Base OS Engineering Lead for Release.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Base OS across multiple programs and products on the Linux platform for x86 and arm64 architectures
• Collaborate with external partners and customers to gather and address their requests
• Work with Hardware, Software, and Firmware teams to align on deliverables and priorities

Required Qualifications

• BS or Masters in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with at least one major Linux distribution (Ubuntu, RedHat, SLES)
• Experience with complex system-level debugging
• Solid understanding of GPU server architecture
