Senior Systems Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Design & Integration Specialist to manage and support their Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the operation, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management of M365 collaboration services
• Drive M365 tool adoption through governance, training, and user experience improvements
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure M365 solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3 years in Microsoft 365/Exchange environments
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 collaboration tools
• Familiarity with M365 governance, compliance, and automation
• Strong project management skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
