Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot escalated issues
• Utilize monitoring and cybersecurity systems to triage alerts and collaborate with team members
• Document resolutions and take proactive measures to prevent further incidents

Required Qualifications

• Formal education preferred: Associates/Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in systems engineering and support
• Experience with Azure, VMware, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux servers
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Azure, or AWS recommended
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery
