Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to manage technical escalations and lead incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve tier 3 escalations and manage incidents, including major incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Perform infrastructure management tasks, including Change Management and quarterly audits of client IT systems
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned clients, maintaining technical documentation and guiding support teams
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and services (Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services
- 2-3 years of experience managing Google Workspace
- Moderate understanding of networking services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)
