A company is looking for a Senior Tax Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of federal and state information reporting and withholding remittance
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders
- Support reconciliation activities of tax-related accounts and collaborate with IT teams on data integration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance and/or annuity industry
- Strong knowledge of IRS tax reporting regulations related to life insurance and annuities
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
