A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, troubleshoot, and respond to Help Desk requests in a 24/7 environment
- Set up and maintain hardware and software for various devices
- Educate end-users on resolving hardware and software issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in an IT field
- 6+ months experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to obtain favorable adjudication for security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
