Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive technical enablement strategies for sales, customer success, and partners
- Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge and skill gaps and translate insights into enablement strategies
- Create detailed project plans for enablement activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment across teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical enablement and/or technical sales experience, preferably at a SaaS company
- Demonstrated strength in conducting needs analysis and developing actionable enablement strategies
- Experience with hands-on tools such as sandbox environments and technical labs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented approach
