Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for defining, delivering, and managing product lifecycles in the Benefits Group Health organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize customer feedback and market analysis to inform product strategy
• Develop and execute product strategy for digital product offerings
• Manage product backlog and coach team members on collaboration and product implementation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background
• Proven ability to manage complex product initiatives from inception to completion
• Experience with Agile methodologies and relevant tools like Jira or Rally
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
