Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of a critical identity services project at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for a major identity services initiative, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring efficient sprint planning and team collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate technical requirements and security standards into project plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on IT or cybersecurity solutions
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in federal IT or cybersecurity environments, including familiarity with security frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams towards successful project delivery
