Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff, Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ARC team by troubleshooting customer issues on JUNOS based platforms
  • Replicate customer environments and network problems in the lab for problem resolution
  • Interface with internal teams on critical customer escalations and participate in knowledge creation initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in IP Network Routing and/or Switching domain
  • Proficiency in at least 2 networking technologies (e.g., Layer 2/Layer 3, MPLS)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and features
  • Preferred certifications include JNCIE/CCIE
