Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff, Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ARC team by troubleshooting customer issues on JUNOS based platforms
- Replicate customer environments and network problems in the lab for problem resolution
- Interface with internal teams on critical customer escalations and participate in knowledge creation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in IP Network Routing and/or Switching domain
- Proficiency in at least 2 networking technologies (e.g., Layer 2/Layer 3, MPLS)
- Knowledge of networking protocols and features
- Preferred certifications include JNCIE/CCIE
