Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, task-based user guides, release notes, and other technical documentation
• Continuously improve and update existing content to enhance clarity and address gaps
• Manage documentation for multiple products and projects while collaborating with various teams to identify documentation needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
• Experience in writing documentation for various audiences
• Experience working with engineers to refine content and create visuals for technical support
• Familiarity with Jira for managing documentation requests and tracking content progress
