Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or content development, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and consistency
- Experience writing documentation for end-users and developers, including knowledge of REST APIs
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Google Workspace and Zendesk Guide
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
