A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to create, edit, review, and publish complex documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of documentation tools and create user guides
- Regularly update and maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to support documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in technical or process-specific documentation
- Experience with web-based workflow management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- HS diploma or GED is required
