Senior Test Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Test Lead Engineer who will oversee the testing process of software products and manage a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and prepare/manage test documents while maintaining test environments
• Assign tasks to the test team, ensuring timely deployment of verified work into production
• Coordinate with various teams and provide reports on testing status, defects, and test completion

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of IT industry experience
• Experience in Agile methodology and understanding of lean agile/SAFe framework
• Full software development life cycle experience, including decommissioning
• Experience with relational database software and SQL
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 18 years of total experience if no degree
