Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner who will provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments following company procedures
- Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while performing all other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices to improve efficiency
- Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Understanding of team integration to accomplish objectives
