Required Qualifications

• 5+ years crafting refined, accessible UI designs and maintaining scalable design systems
• 5+ years of systems thinking and problem solving with a focus on business objectives
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• A degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
