Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of digital user experiences for products and services
• Provide support for digital products, channels, and corporate initiatives, potentially mentoring less experienced designers
• Conduct user testing to ensure the success of digital enhancements, including writing test plans and developing analytic processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User design OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in User design
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry and design research
• Technical acumen with an understanding of the internet, web application development, and system design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Current or former experience as a contractor/contingent worker for the company or its subsidiaries is required
