Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design of internal tools for data governance and access
• Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly experiences
• Shape design strategy, contribute to user journey mapping, and build a scalable design library

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing user experiences for digital products, or a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
• Strong proficiency with Figma for high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
• Proven track record of leading design strategy initiatives and conducting user research
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in a dynamic environment
