Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their EZLynx Product Team on a remote or hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of users' experience and explore the needs and motivations of target users
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, construct, and test information architecture
• Coordinate and conduct primary user research and usability testing to validate and iterate designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as usability testing and user journeys
• Ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.)
