Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer III to lead mobile-first design initiatives and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobile-first UX design initiatives for the app and other mobile experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable designs
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field; graduate program is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio of mobile-first designs
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to designs
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in mobile apps
• Experience with AI tools for design, research, or prototyping is highly desirable
