Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead designs for various products in Connected Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary user research and explore user requirements to enhance user experience
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product ideas and validate designs
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, particularly in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
• Experience with research methodologies including usability testing and user observation
• Familiarity with web front-end technologies like CSS/SASS and React
• Experience working in an Agile team environment
