Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Researcher with at least 4 years of experience in custom data research.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable insights for product development
• Execute user research for assigned projects and recommend appropriate research methods
• Communicate clear research findings and collaborate with teams to incorporate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies and customer research interviews
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with quantitative research tools, such as Validately and UserZoom
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
