Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates research insights to influence design processes and ensure user experience consistency
• Utilizes various research methodologies to perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations across the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Experience with user-centered research methodologies and tools
• Ability to perform both subjective and objective research
• Proficiency in defining usable workflows that align with design philosophies
• Knowledge of competitive and market research methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Figma and MS Office, including PowerPoint and Teams
