Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration of Workday's HR and Finance modules, ensuring seamless integrations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to provide technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and analytics to support decision-making needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Workday solutions focusing on HR and Finance modules
• Experience with Workday HR and Finance modules, including reporting tools and integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday security configurations for HR and Finance users
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment managing multiple stakeholders
