A company is looking for a Shareholder Services Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to shareholders and financial representatives by answering inquiries regarding mutual funds and shareholder accounts
- Input basic trades and maintain updates in the recordkeeping system
- Learn and apply compliance procedures and maintain daily contact with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, or a related area
- Series 6 or 7 license or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
- 1-3 years of experience in client services or a related field
- Experience in back-office or retirement services, brokerage, or mutual fund departments
- Knowledge of mutual funds and retirement plans
